Snow/slush/rain today so Im not feeling like doing anything but sit in front of the fire and lift my Amaretto and coffee.

LOL. My excuse is that my fingers are too fat to play the guitar. The reality is I have no aptitude for it. I'll take the country music, he can keep the AC/DC. Sure is nice to have a fire and a warm drink. Same out here in Oregon. A frog would drown in this rain. But better than the fires we had this summer. So glad my house still stands.

Evidently after a while your fingers develop calluses that help playing.Guy at the local shop had huge hands had RA and played great. Some kid on U Tube was playing guitar with his feet because he had no arms.I guess SOMEDAY I will play good enough that it sounds like a song.
I got a glass slide to try Blues. Most songs I have alternate lyrics(none of which my wife likes)but she did say I should have them recorded and sold.Probably make D.A.C. blush

Re: Dive Watches(Spearboard Watch thread)

Since this is a watch thread I was thinking about the link between guitar playing and watches: Playing the guitar is a great way to keep your self-winding Rolex wound! You have the guitar, so just go buy the watch now that you have the winding apparatus for it!

Deep Blue is having another 40% off sale.Code is BLUE for discount.
Most of the movements are Seiko and some are Citizen unless you go Swiss.
I ordered the one in the pics for under 200.I guess I will find out about how well its made in a few days.
