That's the discipline!
I only dive at night so when my neighbors see me loading my gear, they always say the same thing- "you are out of your mind!" Can't argue with them too much though; who in their right mind would rather freeze their sack off rather than cozying up to their wife on a horrifyingly cold night. …but, I DO love digging my cold feet under my wife's warm body when I return! makes the dive all the more worthwhile!!!!!

Peel off the legs, throw them in tupperware with butter and microwave on high till they pop. Popcorn lobster legs!
