Reviews bungee Quality

Hi,
There are plenty of brand of bungee with a lot different price and different quality.
In bluewater , i like spearfishing with a long bungee 75"-100". Now , i have a Riffe but the price is more expensive.
I see other brand but i don't know quality of this : good spectra ? , knot ?, splice ?, good Latex ?
- Riffe 75" : 270 $
- Neptonics 75" : 198 $
- Wetties 75" :88 $ !!!!!!!!!
- Rob allen : horrible quality ...
- Spearmaster : I dont't find long bungee
What is your opinion ? Have you reviews on this products ?

Wettie stuff is hit and miss depending on their supplier.. like most of this industry. I will say they make great floatboats and their parachute cord lines are perfectly functional. Haven't used their or any blue water bungies for that matter but i'd suspect they'd be cheap stuff.

The Neptonic bungee is the way to go. Top quality material and hardware. Plus it is synthetic and will not decay. Same as Riffe but at a better price.

I have tried sourcing the material before, not easy to source and very expensive, quality is hit or miss.

If you find a good source, let me know!

Re: Reviews bungee Quality

Neptonics are the industry standard in Floatlines. In fact the two things we are renowned for are trigger mechs and floatlines. They're our bread and butter. A 75' Bluewater pro will run you $99 (tax free outside of Fl.) We sell them to pro's all over the world, and we sell A LOT of them.

We 1000% stand by our floatlines, whether the bluewater or integrated pressure pro. For added versatility add a Neptonics Clutch to your line and not only will you have a variable length floatline but you'll be able to close the gap effortlessly on those bigger fish.

Ha! Teaches us to jump the gun! In that case yes it's $198, features a 1600lb continuous Spectra core running throughout the line with 200% stretch.
The Bungee Rubber is Synthetic Non Decaying Rubber, a distinctive difference in terms of durability and longevity.
