Wow its been a while since i started this thread and i was brand spaniking new. Needless to say i have learned a ton over the past year thanks alot to the guys here posting and all over spearboard. Its been a pretty good year of diving landed a ton of fish and even won the Novice devision in the Alabama Open so super excited about a great start to the tournaments . Placed 3rd overall and made my first trip to the prize table.... damn thats a good feeling

hope all is well with everyone on the spearboard. the tournament season has been all but done away with in alabama due to covid but still have a core group of guys and were still getting after it. FINALLY added African Pompano to my list of species bagged. shot my biggezt red snapper to date @27.5 lb and upped my black snapper to a 13lb high... and a dive buddy speared a nice WAHOO !!! very rare to see in with the type of spearing and diving we are doing here in alabama waters so super stoked to see him shoot it. ill post some pics after this....
so how is everyone else doing this year with covid still vetting to dive? |
