Swordfish Attack!

Just seen this on the news.
A well known Australian Female Surfer was taken out by a Swordfish in Tahiti or thereabouts.
Sounds like it was a deliberate attack!
Looking for food or, what do you think?

Have we ever lost any divers similarly?

Be even more careful out there.
