Pray for Tony

Not many of you know Tony Grogan ,but those that do know him from his Spearfishing Forum
Spear Board .
He is a personal friend of mine and my wife , as he is with many others that dive and spearfish.
He is not one to let the world know his situation, but if you know me I am.
Tony had a stroke around the 4 th of July,so let’s all pray for him.
I won’t get into details , but he is now out of the hospital after 3 or 4 weeks and now at a rehab facility.
He is in rehab for walking , talking , and using his right hand.
I spoke with him yesterday after just days of texting.
He will be starting a hyperbaric 20 visit program that we pray will speed up the healing.
I have pics of his 99% blocked artery but will not post.
If you know him like I do, he is a health freak and the last person I would hear from for getting a stroke.
He always gets ekgs and other heart check up tests
all good.
But never got a carotid artery scan of the neck.
Most just check the heart.
I will be making a doc appointment and getting that done.
Maybe this info can help a few of us older Spearos.

I spoke to Tony last night. He sounds to be pretty upbeat and determined to attack the problems and pursue rehab to 100% of his capabilities. He is also hopeful the hyperbaric treatment will help. I'm glad he is out of the hospital.
